News — collector's lunch

To celebrate Oran Wishart’s solo exhibition PROSEN, we invited collectors along with artists to join us for a talk by Wishart and a celebratory lunch at 11 Caledonian Road. 

The lunch was courtesy of Paulo Garcia, who is usually found behind the stoves at St. John. Offering his own take on PROSEN, he curated a menu that had a deep respect for place and origin, serving seasonal ingredients that connected to Glen Prosen - the namesake of the show.

At the start of May, we hosted a Collector's Lunch during our pop-up exhibition 'Heron' at 11 Caledonian Road. Accompanied by a curator's talk, the meal (featuring ingredients such as quails eggs, wild garlic, trout and watercress to name a few) was both a symbolic and visual reflection of the heron and its spring habitat.
