Jenny Soep (b. 1979) lives and works in Stockholm, Sweden. She has a MA in Authorial Illustration from Falmouth School of Art, UK and a BA in Illustration from Duncan of Jordanston, Dundee, UK. Originally from Scotland, Soep's practice is observational, focusing on capturing the energy and emotion of musicians and performers as they perform. Her drawings in pencil and ink verge on the expressive, putting into visual form the feelings and sensations encited by live sound and music.
