Andrew Stewart

Andrew Stewart studied painting and drawing at Duncan of Jordanstone. Andrew works primarily in oil paint using traditional methods and painting techniques. His work has often been likened to the 19th century Glasgow painter Horatio McCulloch and like him Andrew has spent many hours working in some of the most remote parts of the Highlands. In 2008 Andrew won the 'City of Glasgow' art prize at the Royal Glasgow Institute.
